Our passport and baby passport photos are taken by one of our friendly staff, processed and printed in-store using the latest Fujifilm photo technology. No appointment is necessary during our normal opening hours and most are taken, processed and printed within a matter of minutes. We fully guarantee all pictures taken in store for however in the unlikely event there is a problem with your picture we will retake them at no extra charge. The cost of this service is £5
Applying on line? If you are using the new online passport application we can take the photos and process them through our passport software and email the processed image in the correct format ready for upload to your online application. The Cost of this service is £5
Taking the photo yourself? If you feel you have a photo that will meet the requirements of the passport application but require them processing and printing to the correct size we can run them through our software for you which will ensure they are ready for your application. The cost of this service is £3 however we can not guarantee approval as we have not taken the picture. If we feel the picture is not of a suitable quality we will advise before we process it through our software. When taking the pictures yourself please follow the guidelines listed below.

You can’t wear sunglasses or tinted glasses. You can wear reading glasses but your eyes must show fully through clear lenses without glare or reflections.
The image of you - from the crown of your head to your chin - must be between 29mm and 34mm high.
Children must be on their own in the picture. Babies must not be holding toys or using dummies.
Children under 6 don’t have to be looking directly at the camera or have a neutral expression.
Children under one don’t have to have their eyes open. You can support their head with your hand, but your hand must not be visible in the photo.
